Activitiy figures of «Dialogue» project
In 2015, AAAS continues its daily action for the deaf and hard of hearing in Armenia through its local structure, the FFAD. Current activities of the Dialogue Center working with the Foundation include free sign language courses for hearing people (with 33 students at present), support services for interpreters both psychological and legal.
At the same time, https://www.deaf.am the first computer portal in Armenia for people with hearing loss, but also for anyone interested in discovering the local deaf and hard of hearing community, is enriched by new resources with thirty more stories and about 160 new words added to the online sign language dictionary in the first half of 2015.
