Festival “Magic of Francophonie”

Today at Lovers park of Yerevan the Festival “Magic of Francophonie” took place.

The visitors had the opportunity to enjoy the paintings within the framework “How I imagine France” plastic art exhibition contest as well as the classical music concert of Gh. Saryan Art School sons.

H.E. Mr. Jonathan LACOTE honoured us with his presence at the Festival.

Awarding ceremony of “Le Coq Français” contest winners

On 3rd July, 2018 the awarding ceremony of “Le Coq Français” French language contest winners was held at “Aznavour Centre”.

H.E. Mr. Jonathan LACOTE honoured us with his presence at our awarding ceremony and greeted our Francophone projects.

Mr. Alain TOUHADIAN, AAAS President, awarded the books and certificates to the winners.

“Return to sources” project June Commission

On June 27, during the Commission held at the French Embassy 7 business projects were approved fulfilling the list of small business projects created within the framework of the AF4SD “Return to Sources” project.

“Le Coq Français” French language contest final stage

On April 12 “Le Coq Français” French language contest final stage was held at the French University in Armenia( https://ufar.am/fr/ ).

Mr. Arayik Navoyan, vice-rector of the French University in Armenia, welcomed the participants and wished them success.
The contest which participants will be available in a few days, has gathered around 1000 pupils.
We thank the French University in Armenia for hosting the participants of the contest final stage.

The project “Return to Sources” marks its 13th anniversary

Since 2005 the Armenian Fund for Sustainable Development (AF4SD) together with the French Office of Migration and Integration (OFII) and Association Arménienne D’Aide Sociale has been implementing the project “Return to Sources” with the aim to support to people who are in irregular situation and want to return to Armenia voluntarily.

Since the launch of the project up to now more than 1700 Armenians have returned to Armenia with voluntary assistance program. Within th framework of the project more than 300 small enterprises were created and 70 vocational trainings were organized. 

Currently the beneficiaries of the voluntary return project have the opportunity to benefit from 3 different projects proposed by the OFII: reintegration through social assistance, reintegration through work and reintegration through an enterprise creation.

Association Arménienne d’Aide Sociale and the Armenian Fund for Sustainable Development announce a French language contest  among 4-12 grade schoolchildren of public schools of Yerevan studying French.

Hurry up to register at your school list up to March 14, 2018.

The first phase of the contest will take place on March 20, 2018.

The winners will be awarded with prizes and certificates.

For getting acquainted with the contest rules, you should ask your school responsible.

Plastic Art Contest

Association Arménienne d’Aide Sociale and the Armenian Fund for Sustainable Development announce a Plastic art contest  among 4-12 grade schoolchildren of public schools of Yerevan studying French.

The works can be submitted before April 5, 2018.

Your works will be exhibited during the festival of “The magic of Francophonie” on July 04 at Lovers’ park.

The winners will be awarded with prizes and certificates.

French essay contest

Association Arménienne d’Aide Sociale and the Armenian Fund for Sustainable Development announce a French essay contest  among 8-12 grade schoolchildren of public schools of Yerevan studying French.

Memorandum of Understanding with State Migration Service

On February 22, the Armenian Fund for Sustainable Development and the RA State Migration Service of Ministry of Territorial Administration and Development signed a Memorandum of Understanding at the premises of State Migration Service.

The Memorandum will foster to deepen the cooperation between the parties as well as to ensure the continuity of “One window” service assistance provision to migrants returning to Armenia.

Within the framework of the Memorandum, the Armenian Fund for Sustainable Development plans to organize the activities of “One window” service by providing the returning migrants with information about the ongoing reintegration projects, their implementing organizations, types of allocated assistance as well as stemming from their needs to orient them to various structures. It is also planned to realize organizational works for the quarter meetings on return and reintegration issues.
