EHPAD l'Églantier Residence
The EHPAD Résidence l'Églantier is located within the urban community of Gonesse. Its premises, which meet current safety standards, are spread over seven levels including a basement, served by two elevators adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM).
The establishment is easily accessible from the Villiers-le-Bel RER station (line D) 10 minutes walk or by bus line N°23 (Madeleine stop). By car, the Gonesse exit from the A1 or A3 motorways is only 5 minutes away, placing the residence about 30 minutes from Paris. It enjoys a calm environment, in the heart of its 7000m² wooded park, near the golf course and municipal tennis courts.
The residence, with a total capacity of 79 beds, has 60 single rooms and 10 double rooms, all partially furnished by us.

Facilities and services
In consultation with the hotel manager, it is possible to personalize the decoration and furnishing of rooms, except for bedding and curtains. Residents may bring some ornaments, small furniture or other personal objects subject to making an inventory at the time of admission and provided they do not hinder the service's operation and site safety.
Each room is equipped with a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, completely brought up to standard with ground-level access via sliding doors, thermostatic taps equipped with an anti-scald and anti-legionella system, presence detection lighting.
In the room, a wall pre-installation is made to receive a television (provided by the resident or their family), the patient call and secure electrical outlets are located at good height to facilitate their use by our residents.
A complete renovation of circulation areas has recently taken place, allowing a specific color to be assigned to each floor to facilitate resident orientation. At the same time, signage was also reviewed with notably the installation of name door plates and room numbers written in braille for any residents with visual impairment. A Wi-Fi network provides internet access throughout the establishment.
Medical and logistical services
On the ground floor, the dining room and lounge with television constitute the living space overlooking the park, allowing daily organization of relaxation activities, entertainment and moments of exchange.
On the 1st floor is the medical office (doctor, nurses, caregivers) and on the 3rd floor, the internal pharmacy. On the 2nd, 4th and 5th levels, floor lounges equipped with television, table and chairs are freely accessible to residents to receive family or friends.
The autonomous kitchen prepares meals on site taking into account medical prescriptions, with specific programs: modified textures for swallowing problems and enriched meals for malnutrition.
The hotel manager's office, near reception, connects administrative premises (management, secretariat, accounting, personnel service).
In the basement: technical services, physiotherapy room, psychologist's office, hairdressing salon, linen room and laundry. Several parking lots are available to visitors.
An Activities and Adapted Care Unit (PASA) of 14 places, in an attached building, improves care for people losing autonomy. It is part of a global approach to improving quality in care and support for people losing autonomy.
