EHPAD l’Eglantier

Established within the urban community of Gonesse, the premises meet the safety standards currently in force, and are spread over seven levels including a basement, served by two elevators accessible by wheelchair.

The facility has a capacity of 79 beds.

The Residence has 60 single rooms and 10 double rooms, which are partially furnished by the establishment. It is possible to decorate and furnish them, with the exception of bedding.



The resident can bring small furniture and trinkets subject to an inventory submitted to management before admission and that they do not interfere with the operation of the service. They are placed under the responsibility of the Resident or his family.

Each bedroom is equipped with a storage cupboard, a call bell and T.V. and telephone sockets. Telephone connection is subject to a specific request from the Resident to France Telecom.

Each floor includes shower rooms and a galley served by a freight elevator used for catering residents in rooms.




On the first floor is the doctor’s and nurses’ office and on the third floor is another infirmary.

The 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors due to their proximity to the nurses’ offices are reserved for dependent people while the 4th and 5th floors welcome the most independent people.

The establishment has three floor lounges with television on the 2nd, 4th and 5th. These places of relaxation are available to residents to receive families and friends.

The basement has its access reserved for the staff of the establishment outside the frequentation area of the Physiotherapy room and the hairdresser/pedicure salon.



The park is accessible from the ground on the north side, private parking is available to visitors. Pets are not allowed inside the residence buildings.

On the ground floor of the main building are the reception area, the living room, the dining room and the kitchen.
