This assessment focuses on the legal framework, policy, regulations and procedures regarding business creation in Armenia and particularly on the small business creation possibilities for the returnees to Armenia.

The report has been prepared within the framework of the “Targeted Initiative for Armenia” project, funded by the European Union.
